ENOUGH IS ENOUGH -- THE RESISTANCE BEGINS HERE!

OUR MISSION

For decades, our government here in the United States, on the federal and local level, has trampled upon the rights of divorced fathers and other non-custodial Parents (NCP's).

Rights abuses against fathers and NCP's are on the rise daily and will not be stopped by groups currently engaged in family law reform or men's rights. Therefore, the NCP Force! has been formed to bring our issues to the forfront of America's consciousness and to vigorously defend ourselves from all forms of abuse, discrimination, and hate.

This serves as warning to all those who wish to oppress us: our fight will go forth in a new and bold way, combining the power of the Internet with non-violent protest on the ground. We will not play by the same rules which have long dehumanized divorced fathers and non-custodial parents. We will no longer tolerate an establishment which has completely closed off all avenues of reform or debate concerning the issue of family law, and we will no longer be kept silent.

The NCP Force! exists to:

  • Expose rights abuses in America's family law system on an international scale and reveal how the government of the world's so-called "leading democracy" has systematically oppressed and dehumanized divorced fathers and other non-custodial parents.
  • Educate divorced fathers and non-custodial parents about the systematic abuses which rob them of their basic human, civil, and Constitutional rights by placing institutionalized abuse in its proper political context.
  • Monitor the behavior of family court judges across the nation by making available on this web site a massive database which can be easily updated by visitors via an anonymous "tip line".
  • Identify the worst government entities --including politicians, law enforcement agencies, and child support departments -- and report their activities to general public.
  • Issue ratings for family law attorneys to help divorced dads and other non-custodial parents sort out father-friendly attorneys from profiteers who despise us.
  • Empower divorced dads and NCP's to fight for their rights by providing free access to documents and information that will help them react rapidly to abuses on a local level.
  • Unite father's rights groups by helping groups communicate, gather information, and share information.

With these measures NCPForce! is determined to smash through the cloud of ignorance which fuels the oppression of fathers and other non-custodial parents. By publicizing the rights abuses we must endure on a daily basis, neither judges, nor courts, nor government agencies engaged in family law operations will be allowed to carry out their work in secret. The NCPForce! will be collecting data on rights abusers and will publicize their deeds for the entire world to see.

As this movement gathers strength, we will take on corrupt politicians who have used divorced dads and other non-custodial parents as "fall guys". Because the vast majority of our governing officials do not serve American citizens, but rather wealthy individuals and corporations, they have routinely trampled on our rights in order to portray themselves as defenders of "morals" and "family values". To these lawmakers, we issue a promise: the day is coming when you will no exploit us easy targets of your public posturing. We will no longer sit idly by while we are victimized by legislation rife with civil rights abuses and double standards.

This goes too for members of the press and the media who engage in the dissemination of hate through the use of speech such as "deadbeat dads", and slanted coverage of family law issues which always favors the custodial parent. We hereby demand that reporters, editors, publishers, and news networks respect our dignity as individuals and human beings with equal rights under law by treating us to the same journalistic standards afforded minorities, ethnic groups, and religions.

Our website will hopefully serve as a virtual base of operations for all-groups engaged in family law reform efforts. Father's rights groups will no longer be working alone because the NCPForce! will be there offering resources to help them in their struggles; these resources will take the form of information sharing and the distribution of materials which enable and encourage public protest. We will also help facilitate group-to-group communications whenever we can.

Individuals fighting for family law reform or experiencing abuse can also benefit from our operations and indeed be a vital part of them. For the first time, anyone who has suffered under the family law system will be able to register complaints here for public distribution.

Finally, the NCPForce! carry out its fight by adding its voice to those of other oppressed peoples. Because we know first hand the institutionalized rights abuses of which our government is capable, we can longer remain quiet when our government terrorizes people around the globe and deprives them of their rights. As divorced fathers and non-custodial parents, we are well qualified to speak out against our mutual oppressors because we know them and their tactics very well.

The NCPForce! demands that our government, on a national and local level, respect human rights as outlined by the UN's charter of human rights, and respect the civil rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and various state constitutions. We demand that our government immediately ending its policies of double-standards and discrimination which have utterly disenfranchised father's and other non-custodial parents, and in doing so demand a restitution of our freedoms as American citizens.

ABOUT NCP FORCE! (Non-Custodial Parents Force)

Our organization is a non-profit, grassroots action organization dedicated to reforming America's family law system.

While we frequently refer to divorced fathers, who overwhelmingly bear the brunt of abuses in the family law system, we champion the cause of all non-custodial parents, be they unwed fathers, non-custodial mothers, grandparents, or assigned parentage fathers (men who are held responsible for parentage despite the fact that they are not biological fathers).

Unlike many other family law websites which claim to help divorced dads and NCP's, we will never ask our visitors for money or donations. We also do not charge for, or offer legal services. Instead we provide a virtual base of operations, a forum, and an information clearing house for visitors to help themselves free of charge.

Learn more about joining the NCP Force! It's free and no personal questions will be asked unless you wish to share your family law experiences with us.
