Do you feel you've lost a right to correct a child support error because you could not afford legal advice?
Do feel your rights have been violated by the existence of legislation which denies you an appeal?
The Bradley Amendment is a heinous act of federal legislation which denies fathers and other non-custodial parents a right to appeal child support orders and make adjustments which are sometimes necessary for an individuals basic survival.
Under this maliciously unbalanced law, custodial mothers (and other custodial parents) are allowed to appeal support orders as they wish, and to seek adjustments retroactively any time they choose.
The Bradley Ammendment comes down especially hard on the poor who may not have been able to afford legal counsel at the time support was ordered. In such cases, many non-custodial parents are often unaware when support orders have been set too high, and do not know that they can request corrections within a limited window of time.
We are now collecting information for a constitutional challenge to the Bradley Amendment.
Help us in this fight by sharing your story of rights abuse under the Bradley Amendment. Simply fill out the convenient form below, or send an e-mail to action@ncpforce.com (be sure to include the state and county which issued your child support order).

Has your passport been seized by the federal government?
Have you been separated from family members due to the loss of your passport?
Have you lost work due to the confiscation of your passport?
NCPFORCE! is gathering information to challenge the Child Welfare Reform Act which strips fathers and other non-custodial parents of their right to travel to or from the United States.
This law is a violation of Article 13 of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Right which specifically states that "no individual shall be forbidden to leave or return to their country".
The arbitrary nature of this act is a violation of other human and civil rights because it had a devastating effect on American citizens with loved ones overseas. The federal government has callously stripped these individuals of the basic human right to enjoy of their families in a ruthless effort to enforce payments of artificial debts.
This act also works against its intended objectives by preventing American citizens from working at home and abroad. Those denied passports must seek jobs without a standard piece of identification required by U.S.employers; those who need to travel abroad for work are rendered unable to pay court ordered child support and child support arrears.
Help us fight passport seizure by telling us how this policy has affected you and your loved ones abroad. Simply fill out the convenient form below, or send an e-mail to action@ncpforce.com (be sure to include the state and county which issued your child support order; also tell us when and where passport seizure occurred).

Has your driver's license been suspended?
Have you been unable to work due to driver's license suspension?
Has your family or visitation rights been impacted by your inability to drive?
Driver's license suspension is a common tactic of state governments seeking to collect child support arrears.
This is a policy which underscores our government's deep-rooted hatred of divorced dads and non-custodial parents, because while states have ruthlessly denied these American citizens the right to drive, they have aggressively awarded driver's licenses to illegal aliens. In states like New York, divorced dads and non-custodial parents regularly find their licenses suspended for even a small amount of child support arrears. But recently, New York's governor, Elliot Spitzer, arrogantly attempted to issue driver's licenses to all illegal aliens in his state, against the will of his constituents and with a reckless disregard for national security; he was only stop by nationwide public outcry.
Divorced dads and non-custodial parents must also raise an outcry over this practice, to put an end to the discrimination once and for all.
We believe that the suspending of driver's licenses for people in child support arrears actually works against the collection of artificial child support debts. Those who find themselves unable to drive often lose work, which leads to even more arrears. And those without driver's licenses have a very hard time obtaining work because they lack a standard form of ID necessary for many jobs.
Furthermore, non-custodial parents who've been stripped of their driver's licenses often find their child visitation rights eroded because they cannot travel to see their children. And non-custodial parents with second wives and families often find their lives shattered by their inability to function on a daily basis.
NCPForce! wants to know how driver's license suspension impacted you and your loved ones.
Please fill out the convenient form below, or send an e-mail to action@ncpforce.com (be sure to include the state and county of your child support order; also, where your license was suspended).

Have you been called you a "deadbeat dad or mom" by a public offical?
Have you ever been denied work or services because of child support arrears?
Are you aware of government or media organizations in your area which promote hate against non-custodial parents?
The term "deabeat dad" is hate speech. It is directed against a class of individuals who are in arrears for child support which either they have no ability to pay, or child support which has been unjustly ordered (in the case of assigned parents, or due to bureaucratic mistakes).
The use of the term implies that these fathers have no desire to pay and casts them in a negative light with a reckless disregard for individual circumstances. Furthermore, the term encourages a climate of hate in which divorced dads and other non-custodial parents find it even more difficult to fight for their rights in a system where the odds are already stacked against them.
Hate Monitor is a project by NCPForce! which gathers the names of publications and media outlets which use and promote hate speech. Please follow the link to this page to view the names of hate mongering media services, and to report incidents of hate speech and biased reporting on family law issues.
We would like to know how hate speech and discrimination against divorced dads and other non-custodial parents has affected you. Simply fill out the convenient form below, or send an e-mail to action@ncpforce.com (be sure to include the state and county where you live).
