Policies & Guidelines
Submitting information to NCPForce! is easy and we welcome the exchange of information from members and visitors. We only ask that everyone observe the following guidelines for submitting information and sharing it on our website:
1.) Submitting Info
When submitting information on judges, attorneys, agency workers, and rogue politicians, please be as detailed as possible. NCPForce! will not publish complaints or ratings which simply say "this person is a bad judge" or "this person is a great attorney". All complaints or ratings must offer an explanation as to why you are dissatisfied (or impressed) with someone's behavior or professional performance. Information which comes to us skimpy on details with not be shared with our readers, and we will likely request additional information.
2.) Requests for Callback
NCPForce! responds strictly by e-mail. We will not return phone calls or Skype, or in any manner contact anyone by any other method. All requests for such communication will be ignored. We are, however, always happy to respond to e-mails as quickly as we can (which can be quite long, sometimes, when our volunteers are slammed with intake :)
3.) Legal Advice / Referrals
NCPForce! is not a legal service, nor do we offer legal advice or referrals. We might be able to share with you the legal experiences of our volunteers and others who have shared their case histories with us, but this is not to be confused with actual legal counsel. Our LAWYER RATINGS page can help you make the choice of an attorney that will be right for you if you choose to use this page.
4.) Provocation
NCPForce! is a group dedicated to non-violent, political reform of the family law system. We will not look lightly on any individuals attempting to engage us in a manner which would have us act otherwise. Pranksters and provocateurs be warned: invitations and calls for violence or the destruction of property will be ignored, or reported to the proper authorities.
