AVENGER PROJECT

In at least two instances, local governments in the United States may have murdered and covered up the deaths of American citizens as part of child support collection efforts. This page is devoted to exposing these crimes and bringing the guilty parties to justice.

We at NCPForce! Avenger Project are vigorously seeking specific information to reopen, at the federal level, investigations into the deaths of the following individuals:

  • Brian Armstrong - died after a beating by prison guards in Milford, New Hampshire.
  • Wilbur Streett - a victim of Lou Gehrig's disease who may have been denied treatment while in police custody in Middlesex County, New Jersey.

We are also accepting information about any other suspicious deaths which may have occured as a result of child support enforcement.

Anyone with information about child support related deaths is urged to contact us at:

Brian Armstrong

Date of Incident: January 18th, 2000
Where: Nashua, New Hampshire (Hillsborough County)
Authorities Responsible: New Hampshire Child Support Services; Valley Streett Jail.

One highly suspicious death of a non-custodial parent is that of Brian Armstrong in 2000. Mr. Armstrong suffered from alcoholism and worked at a fast food restaurant. He was allegedly beaten to death by guards at the Valley Streett Jail in Nashua, New Hampshire, while state child support officials badgered his family to make a $4000 child support arrears payment.

The morning after his arrest, the New Hampshire Division of Child Support allegedly called Brian's parents, urging them to come get him at the prison. At the same time, the Division hastily reduced its monetary demands to $2,000, then $1,000.

Allegedly, when prison nurses walked Brian out of the prison, they told his parents to take him directly to the hospital -- that he would not survive if they took him home.

An inmate at the prison has testified that Brian was killed when prison guards bound him to a chair and kicked him over, causing fatal head trauma. A coronor's report allegedly confirms this fact (this report was once published on the Internet but can no longer be found; anyone with a copy of this report is urged to send NCPForce! a copy at avenger@ncpforce.com). Yet despite all this, New Hampshire authorities have failed to make a proper investigation.

Wilbur Streett

Date of Incident: 2004
Where: Hazlet, New Jersey (Middlesex County)
Authorities Responsible: Middlesex County Child Support & Paternity Program; Hazlet New Jersey Police Department.

Wilbur Streett

Died one day after being held in the custody of police in Middlesex County, New Jersey, following his arrest for child support arrears in 2004.

Mr. Streett suffered from Lou Gehrig's disease and was physically unable to work. But Middlesex County Superior Court Family Division did not care about his condition and ordered excessive amounts of child support anyway. The official cause of Mr. Streett's death was said to be complications from Lou Gehrig's disease, and New Jersey authorities were happy to leave it at that. But too many questions are left lingering.

Given Mr. Streett's health condition, why did Middlesex County press its demands for payments he could not meet?

Why did his health condition deteriorate so drastically while he was in custody?

Was Mr. Streett denied treatment by police?

Curiously enough, Mr. Streett was investigating the death of Brian Armstrong (see above) and had been using the Internet to collect evidence -- namely videotape, an allegedly incriminating coroner's report, and eyewitness testimony.

Mr. Streett was also the victim of an earlier police beating. The photo above was taken by Mr. Streett himself immediately following this incident as evidence of police misconduct. Obviously, authorities in Middlesex County became so comfortable persecuting a non-custodial parent that they felt they could get away with murder ... and up til now, they have.

ABOUT NCP FORCE! (Non-Custodial Parents Force)

Our organization is a non-profit, grassroots action organization dedicated to reforming America's family law system.

While we frequently refer to divorced fathers, who overwhelmingly bear the brunt of abuses in the family law system, we champion the cause of all non-custodial parents, be they unwed fathers, non-custodial mothers, grandparents, or assigned parentage fathers (men who are held responsible for parentage despite the fact that they are not biological fathers).

Unlike many other family law websites which claim to help divorced dads and NCP's, we will never ask our visitors for money or donations. We also do not charge for, or offer legal services. Instead we provide a virtual base of operations, forum, and information clearing house for visitors to help themselves free of charge.

Learn more about joining the NCP Force! It's free and no personal questions will be asked unless you wish to share your family law experiences with us.
