The IMPEACHABLE ACTS OF A DEADBEAT PRESIDENT

In November 2008, Barack Obama was elected President on a platform of “change you can believe in”. He promised a style of government different from his predecessor, whose regime was defined by destructive foreign wars and the erosion of civil liberties at home.

Since taking office, Barack Obama has not only double-crossed his loyal supporters, he has also been derelict in his duties as chief of the executive branch. He has broken nearly every promise. He has continued and even expanded the dark policies of the previous administration. He has willfully dodged his responsibilities as a leader in whom an entire nation has invested its trust in a time of turmoil.

In short, he is a true DEADBEAT -- a scoundrel who owes more than anyone to hundreds of millions of people, who has the capacity to satisfy his debt, yet arrogantly refuses to do so.

It is time to demand that Barack Obama stop preaching responsibility while behaving as a DEADBEAT PRESIDENT. It is time to demand that Obama live up to his campaign promises by honoring his pledge of true reform. It is time for him to end policies that cause destruction abroad and undermine liberty domestically. It is time we all demand that Barack Obama do the job he was elected to do, or face IMPEACHMENT.

Already, he has committed numerous impeachable acts that justify his removal from office:

• Attempts to Manipulate State Elections - In a blatant abuse of power, Obama has attempted on more than one occasion (such as the Sestak scandal) to alter the course of state elections by influencing candidates to leave race in exchange for White House jobs.
• Birth Certification Fraud - Despite serious questions about his eligibility to hold office as a natural-born American citizen, Obama refuses to release his actual birth certificate from the state of Hawaii. Instead, he has spent millions of dollars to avoid having to do so, and asks the American people to “trust” individuals who claim they’ve seen it. Meanwhile, there is credible evidence that Obama was born in Kenya; even his Kenyan grandmother stated this to the press.
• Attacks Against American Sovereignty - As the only American President to hold a press conference without a U.S. flag (as he did this past Memorial Day), Barack Obama flaunts a deep disdain for the nation he represents. Furthermore, he has ignored serious border security issues which endanger American lives and he supports illegal aliens more than his fellow citizens. As a smack in the face to the state of Arizona, Obama chose Ecuador as the ideal place to announce (via his Secretary of State) that his administration would be suing the state to stop immigration enforcement there.
• Disgraceful Leadership in the Face of National Disaster - For 59 days, Barack Obama cavorted around the nation playing golf, meeting celebrities, and attending parties while millions of barrels of oil gushed into the Gulf of Mexico -- an event which will decimate the economies of several southern states. As of June 2010, Obama still has taken no decisive action to stop the BP leak and rejects offers of help from other nations and private entities. Instead, he has used allies in the press to drum up positive publicity for a $20 billion band-aid from BP -- a sum which will not go far in repairing the damage.
• Attempts to Dismantle the Constitution - Despite taking an oath to uphold the Constitution, Barack Obama is making a multi-pronged attempt to destroy it. From attacks on First Amendment rights guaranteeing free speech, to violating states’ rights by imposing mandatory health insurance, to gun grabs, to modifying personal behavior and rewriting the rules of a free press, Obama has poised himself and his administration as a force determined to negatively reshape the meaning of liberty in America.

Things you can do to demand responsibility on the part of the President:

1. CONTACT YOUR FEDERAL & STATE REPRESENTATIVES. Tell them Obama should do his duty or get out of the White House. The website VOTESMART.ORG contains a useful search tool to find your elected reps.
   
2. WRITE LETTERS / CONTACT YOUR LOCAL MEDIA OUTLETSdemanding the impeachment of the President for his dereliction of duty. You can do this by writing letters to the editor of your local newspaper, calling talk radio shows, calling the administrative offices of newspapers, TV, and radio stations, etc.
3. DISTRIBUTE OUR LEAFLET and motivate others to demand responsibility from the President. You can do this privately among people you know, on the street and at public gathering places, or you can place links to this page at appropriate websites, internet forums, bulletin boards, blog comments sections, etc.

Our organization is a non-profit, grassroots action organization dedicated to reforming America's family law system.

While we frequently refer to divorced fathers, who overwhelmingly bear the brunt of abuses in the family law system, we champion the cause of all non-custodial parents, be they unwed fathers, non-custodial mothers, grandparents, or assigned parentage fathers (men who are held responsible for parentage despite the fact that they are not biological fathers).

Unlike many other family law websites which claim to help divorced dads and NCP's, we will never ask our visitors for money or donations. We also do not charge for, or offer legal services. Instead we provide a virtual base of operations, forum, and information clearing house for visitors to help themselves free of charge.
