ENOUGH IS ENOUGH -- THE RESISTANCE BEGINS HERE!

Alternate Wanted Posters Campaign

NCPForce! is now issuing "alternate" wanted posters for the following municipalities which have engaged in the distribution of materials to promote the arrest and imprisonment of divorced dads and other non-custodial parents for child support arrears.

Such arrests are an illegal practice, forbidden by federal law since the time of America's Founding Fathers who abolished the archais practice of debtor's prisons.

States and municipalities that carry out this thuggish practice are acting in a way which denies divorced fathers and other non-custodial parents their civil rights. Many non-custodial parents fall into arrears because they cannot meet artificial support orders, especially in these troubled times. Because courts and child support agencies are inflexible, and often do not care about a individual's economic hardship, it is nearly impossible for non-custodial parents to seek adjustments to support orders.

Also, many non-custodial parents facing arrest for child support arrears are often denied their right to visitation by their ex-spouses or the custodial parent. In the United States, courts rarely punish custodial parents for disobeying court ordered visitation orders. For any government zealously seek monetary support for a child, while doing nothing to ensure that a non-custodial parent has access to that child, is an unparalleled display of government arrogance.

It is highly important that all divorced dads and non-custodial parents respond in kind to wanted poster campaigns by states and municipalities.
