FAMILY LAW REFORM NOW -- THE RESISTANCE BEGINS HERE!

Agency Abuse

There are few government agencies in America that are powerful as those charged with the collection of child support. Operating without oversight, employees of these agencies ruthlessly pursue the collection of debts with a blatant disregard for the individual financial circumstances of debtors.

Because these agencies operate without any form of oversight, they have caused misery for countless individuals going through divorce. Those who staff these agencies are quite often of the lowest ethical character -- those hungry for bureacratic power, with fascist or communist-like tendencies, those who have an underlying contempt for civil rights in our society, and who wish to cause pain.

The maliciousness of child support agencies have done much to separate non-custodial parents from their children. Their unshackled ability to initiate arrest warrants against father's and other non-custodial parents to collect debts, regardless of whether or not debtor's are financially able to pay, has turned normal law abiding citizens into criminals, wrecked lives, and in some cases have even driven victims to suicide. In doing so, they even violate a Constitutional ban on debtor's prisons.

Since our government on a state and local level has done such a bad job of overseeing these agencies and providing checks on power, NCPForce! will now provide oversight of its own.

  Huron 1

Details: Complaint states that this agency has harrassed a self-employed noncustodial parent facing financial difficulties. According to cmplaint, this agency has made threatening phone calls and sent threatening mail to suspend license, has reported to credit agencies for a $30 arrearage (which was paid within one month of the arrearage). This agency is also attempting to coerce complainant to open a checking account for automatic withdrawal of child support, otherwise the noncustodial parent will remain on the list for license suspension and will be reported again to credit agencies as in default, even though order is satisfied and paid in advance. Complaint also states that Huron County's own website does not list checking account requirements. Also, the agency refuses to acknowledge fact tht the noncustodial parent is unable to obtain checking account due to previous financial issues leading to debt with Check Systems (agency restricting checking accounts of individuals still owing a debt to a bank for personal accounts.)

ABOUT NCP FORCE! (Non-Custodial Parents Force)

Our organization is a non-profit, grassroots action organization dedicated to reforming America's family law system.

While we frequently refer to divorced fathers, who overwhelmingly bear the brunt of abuses in the family law system, we champion the cause of all non-custodial parents, be they unwed fathers, non-custodial mothers, grandparents, or assigned parentage fathers (men who are held responsible for parentage despite the fact that they are not biological fathers).

Unlike many other family law websites which claim to help divorced dads and NCP's, we will never ask our visitors for money or donations. We also do not charge for, or offer legal services. Instead we provide a virtual base of operations, forum, and information clearing house for visitors to help themselves free of charge.

Learn more about joining the NCP Force! It's free and no personal questions will be asked unless you wish to share your family law experiences with us.
